History of the Tax Bracket II

     In 1986, Faye Wells started the Tax Bracket.  She chose a location on Witch Spring Hill overlooking Bath, Maine.  The focus of the business was strictly taxes, and the office was open only one day a week from May through December.
     In 1996, Faye's daughter Chilloa Young in partnership with Justine Ventry bought the Tax Bracket, and it became the Tax Bracket II.  The business grew to encompass accounting and payroll preparation in the ensuing years. 
     In 2003, Chilloa became sole owner of the business.  Her focus is on quality - not quantity.  All work is guaranteed, and if a mistake is made, the Tax Bracket II pays all interest and penalties (a great learning impetus!).  Faye is still a tax consultant with the Tax Bracket, and there are more invaluable members of the team: Emily Atwood (Administrative Assistant), Debbie Main (Payroll Specialist), Peggy LeVerso (Accountant), Jenny Wells (Tax Specialist) and Judy Mooers (Tax Checker).
