Descriptions and Prices for lots (Scroll Down) |
|
Subdivision Lot #1
Lot #1, located on Journeys End, has a spectacular view over to Egret
Point. The lot is fairly flat within 100 or so feet of the road, then
drops off steeply to a lower level, which comes right to the water, with
only a small section of marsh along one edge. It is next to the Common
Lot and would be great for someone that wants to be able to pull a small
boat onto their property. This lot shares a short "road" (more like a
driveway) with Lot #2 - so the cost share for road maintenance will not be
as high as the lots on Ebbtide View. Lot #1
consists of 3.11 acres and the selling price is $149,900. |
|
Subdivision Lot #2
Lot #2, located on Journeys End, has a larger building envelope and more
flat area then Lot #1, however it also drops off to a lower level which
comes to a narrow marsh area and then to water. Potential for a nice
view with the removal of dead wood and some allowed tree trimming (need to
check with the Town's Code Enforcement Officer before trimming within the
Shoreland Zone). This lot shares a short "road" (more like a driveway)
with Lot #1 - so the cost share for road maintenance will not be as high as
the lots on Ebbtide View. Lot #2 consists of 2.56
acres and the selling price is $159,900. |
|
Subdivision Lot #3
Lot #3, located on Ebbtide View, is the second largest lot. The land
is actually at three levels and the lower level would be unbuildable (too
close to the shore), however it is not as steep as Lots #1 and #2. It
has a large building envelope to allow various building placements.
You could easily build a set of stairs down to the lower level. It
borders a wider section of marsh than lots #1 and #2. Great for
watching birds. Potential for a nice view with the removal of dead
wood and some allowed tree trimming (need to check with the Town's Code
Enforcement Officer before trimming within the Shoreland Zone).
Lot #3 consists of 2.93 acres and the selling price
is $179,900. |
|
Subdivision Lot #4
Lot #4, located on Ebbtide View, is the only lot that does not abut the Mill
Pond. It is fairly flat and has a large building envelope. The
lot owner would have water access by way of the Common Lot.
SOLD. |

Subdivision Lot #5
Lot #5, located on Ebbtide View, has only two levels and is not as steep as
the lots to the south and borders a wide section of marsh. You
could easily build a set of stairs down to the lower level. Great for
watching wildlife. Potential for a nice view with the removal of dead
wood and some allowed tree trimming (need to check with the Town's Code
Enforcement Officer before trimming within the Shoreland Zone).
This lot has a variance for a septic. The State only requires a 100
foot setback from the shore for a septic, but the Town is more stringent
with a 150 foot requirement. A variance was granted by the Board
of Appeals to allow the septic to be 129 feet from the shore - this has been
recorded at the registry of deeds. Lot #5 consists of 2.33 acres and the selling price
is $179,900. |

Subdivision Lot #6 Lot #6, located on Ebbtide View, has the smallest acreage but is one of the prettiest lots with a gradual decline to a flat area adjacent to the shore. It has a great building envelope within 100 feet of the shore (only lots #6 and #7 have this benefit.). Potential for a beautiful view with the removal of dead wood and some allowed tree trimming (need to check with the Town's Code Enforcement Officer before trimming within the Shoreland Zone). Easy walk right to the shore to watch the wildlife. Lot #6 consists of 2.08 acres and the selling price is $210,000.

Subdivision Lot #7 Lot #7, located on Ebbtide View, is the largest lot with 5.07 Acres. Very quiet area because it is at the end of the road. This lot can be split into two 2+ acre lots after five years. Because it is at the end of the property it is surrounded on two sides by marsh and water. Lot #7 consists of 5.07 acres and the selling price is $350,000. |
